Super Junior-M to return with “Too Perfect” on February 25th

After nearly a year and five month hiatus, Super Junior-M has officially begun preparations for their comeback!

Super Junior’s Chinese sub-unit is scheduled to release their second mini-album, “Too Perfect,” on February 25th, and it’ll feature vocals from members Si Won, Donghae, Ryeowook, Kyuhyun, Henry, Zhou Mi, Eunhyuk, and Sungmin.

The group will perform on stages all across Asia, whilst simultaneously promoting their unit by branching into acting, MCing, and other non-music areas.

Starting with a recording for Beijing’s CCTV on February 22nd and 23rd, the group will be holding apress conference for their album release on the 24th, followed by its official release on the 25th.

Super Junior Shindong not close to Donghae?

Super Junior’s Shindong made a confession on his awkward relationship with Donghae despite being fellow members for 6 years.

As a MC in MBC , Shindong mentioned during the talk that, although he never had arguments with many of the members, but the weird thing is, there is a member who he has an awkward relationship with and that member is Donghae.

Being it a fact that Super Junior, which has been living together for 6 years, is a group that is more powerful and proud of themselves than any other groups else, Shindong’s confession had dealt a blow to everyone (at the studio). Not to mention spending time alone with one another, Shindong and Donghae had not even once, dine together with each other.

After which (,) Shindong recorded a short video message for Donghae “We must dine together someday.” which led the studio in becoming a laughing sea.

Other than this, Eunhyuk who is a MC in chose Kim Heechul as the member who is the hardest to talk to when he’s alone. Eunhyuk and Kim Heechul only dined together once but because it was too awkward, they didn’t talk (to each other) at all throughout the dinner. He then re-enacted the scene out, making the members burst out into laughter.

Super Junior-M unveils teaser images for comeback

After a long hiatus, Super Junior’s sub-group, Super Junior-M, will be making their comeback this Valentine’s Day.

There’s no official word of anything concrete from SM Entertainment as yet, but four new teaser images of Super Junior M members, Si Won, Donghae, Henry, and Zhou Mi, were revealed on the morning of February 12th through avex’s Taiwan official website, sparking talks of an impending comeback. In addition, their name of their title track is likely to be “Too Perfect“, as seen on the website.

Meanwhile, it’s said that Eunhyuk and Sungmin will be linking up with Super Junior-M, while their comeback date is set for February 14th.

(News) Super Junior awarded with ‘Best Selling Album’ at the 2010 Gaon Chart Awards

Hallyu star Super Junior was awarded with ‘Best Selling Album’ at the ‘2010 Gaon Chart Awards’. A few members - Eeteuk,Eunhyuk,Yesung,Ryeowook,Shindong were present at the 2010 Gaon Chart Awards press conference to receive this honour.

The best selling album of 2010 is Super Junior's 4th album which has a total sales of more than 250000 albums.

Super Junior's leader Eeteuk said, “We're very happy to receive such a big award at a fair and authoritative awards ceremony. If America has the Billboard Charts and Japan has the Oricon Charts, Korea has the Gaon Charts. Every year when we go on promotions, we personally experience how it feels to be the boom of the Hallyu Wave not only in Asia, but all around the world. We will work harder in our activities.”

Kyuhyun sings “That Man” from ‘Secret Garden’ OST

Looks like the “Secret Garden” craze is still going strong!

Despite being under the weather, Super Junior’s Kyuhyun not only sang a beautiful rendition of “That Man” from the “Secret Garden” OST on the radio show, “Super Junior’s Kiss the Radio” (Sukira), but also flexed a bit of his acting chops while reading the famous letter that Kim Ju-won wrote to Gil Ra-Im.

Producer GoodWill promises to become an ELF?

On January 30th, allkpop reported that producers GoodWill & MGI promised ELFs that they would make a new song for Super Junior fans if they each got 1,000 new followers in a week.

Well, on February 5th, GoodWill made another promise to Super Junior’s beloved fans. An ELF asked him through Twitter, “WHAT WILL YOU DO FOR ELFS IF YOU REACH 10,000 FOLLOWERS??”, to which he replied, “I think I will officially become an ELF myself! :-)”

GoodWill & MGI are an American-Finnish production duo who’ve composed tracks for Ghostface Killah, Sean Kingston, Justin Bieber, and Ante.

It’s pretty exciting to know that this highly-skilled team will create a new track for Super Junior. Considering the power of the ELF fanbase, it’ll be interesting to see if they’d be able to reach 10,000 followers to see GoodWill sport the pearl sapphire blue.
