Super Junior’s Yesung and Shindong send their Lunar New Year’s greetings

On January 31st, Yesung tweeted, “Happy new year everyone.. and please continue to always show your love as you wait for Yesung’s solo song^^” Yesung also attached a photo with the post.

In the picture, both Yesung and Shindong are wearing hanboks (Korean traditional clothing) and are smiling at the camera while standing respectfully. Fans gushed over their outfits, Shindong’s blonde perm, and Yesung’s trendy glasses.

“So so cute”, they praised. Others said, “Oppas, happy new years to you, too~” and “The hanbok looks so good on you!”

Yesung’s song for the ‘Paradise Ranch‘ OST, “As I Wait“, was released earlier in the day through various music sites.

Super Junior’s Yesung hit by a fan’s lightstick

Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Heechul were involved in a minor car accident recently, rumored to have been caused by overly zealous fans who chased them in their cars. Today, we are reporting on what appears to be a rather serious incident involving member Yesung and a fan’s lightstick during their “Super Show 3“ concert in Singapore.

A fancam from the concert captured the incident in its entirety. In the clip you can see the members of Super Junior freely roaming about their stage while singing ‘Wonder Boy,’ when all of a sudden, a fan threw their light stick towards the stage, making a direct hit with Yesung’s face.

The impact caused Yesung to double over while clutching his face, and it’s caused many to wonder if the projectile had hit him in the eye.

If the fan had thrown the lightstick to get their attention, she got exactly what she wanted, but I’m sure she got the attention of surrounding E.L.Fs as well.

[NEWS] Super Junior Yesung Chosen as the Korean best Filial idol

Yesung who is the vocal of Super Junior, the best idol group in Korea was recognized as a filial son who is devoted to his parents.

Super Junior’s Yesung who received lots of love with his sweet voice and participated in many drama OSTs was chosen as the Korean best filial idol by Y-Star Googgumta. Super Junior’s Yesung demonstrated that he was a true filial son by giving his parents a house, a store and a trip as presents.

Googgumta‘s production staffs revealed that when they had an interview with Yesung’s mother, she told them that Yesung recently bought an apartment in Sungsu, Gangbuk for her and her husband. Also, she revealed that when Yesung needed more money to buy the apartment, his management company helped out. She said they will be moving in on February 1st.
The interview was held at a restaurant near Hongik University which Yesung has bought for his parents. Yesung’s mother praised Yesung saying he is a filial son who thinks about his parents before friends.

Also, she hinted at her son’s future career move by revealing that her son Yesung has a lot of interest in pursuing an acting career.
